Mohit Shah holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Mumbai and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, New Delhi. He has a post qualification experience of almost 10 years into Direct Taxation and Statutory Audits.
Mohit is a research oriented professional and possesses rich and varied experience in Direct Taxation Advisory and Audits. He specialises in devising tax efficient structures, handling tax investigations, and representations before various government authorities.
He has also catered to various Start-ups and helped them gain control over the accounts and tax aspects as well as assisted in the due diligence processes and fund raising. He has successfully handled various tax related assignments like search & investigation, settlement commission filings, tax structuring and drafting opinions for various big corporates in the real estate sector, steel sector, hospitality sector, financial services sector, e-commerce, information technology, etc.
Mohit specializes into direct tax related services for corporates, HNIs as well as expatriates.
Mohit also loves to track the stock markets and in his free time enjoys giving investment ideas to clients assisting them to achieve an overall family investment planning.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2018 but has gained tremendous knowledge and experience during his internship period consisting of statutory audits in direct tax and indirect tax, assisting in assessments, preparation of appeal related documents, and researching on various topics.
He has taken the lead to develop the indirect tax practise in the firm and specializes in providing end-to-end solutions in Goods and Service Tax, establishing accounting functions and systems. He is an excel expert and loves to do big data analytics. He has also assisted in field of Tax Audit, Statutory Audit and has handled various Income Tax Assessments.

Nikhil holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Financial Services from Coventry University, London.
Possessing more than 5 years of work experience as a financial and equity analyst while working with different organisation Nikhil has gained extensive insight in the field of financial analysis, strategy and financial planning.
After working in multiple sectors his understanding of different business and feasibility have increased significantly that enables our clients to take benefit for their future business strategies.
He has developed in depth understanding of financial modelling that helps in formulating strategies for companies, assisting clients with future forecast, valuations, budgets and scenario analysis to enable clients to take well informed decisions.
